Who we are
This store is operated by Fedir Ertel, trading as Orrell, Cernokostelecka 181, 102 00 Prague, Czech Republic. You can reach us at hello@orrellknitwear.com and we reply within one working day.
These terms
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or when your card is authorised.
We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if we spot a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after taking payment, we refund you in full.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery is free within the United Kingdom.
VAT on your order is collected and remitted by Whop, which acts as merchant of record for the sale. Whop handles the transaction tax only; the goods, the delivery, and any return or refund remain our responsibility.
If a price is obviously wrong, a clear mistake rather than a deliberate offer, we will contact you before dispatching and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Product descriptions and photography
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, and the specifications on each product page come from the garment itself. Colour can look different between screens; where a measurement has not been taken we say so rather than guess.
Availability
Stock is not guaranteed until your order is dispatched. If something sells out after you order, we tell you and refund that item in full.
Returns and refunds
Set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
