Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. We do not ship anywhere else at the moment.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs £0.00: delivery is free on every UK order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for any part of the UK. All prices include UK VAT where it applies, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Delivery time

Parcels are sent on a tracked service and normally arrive in 7 to 12 working days from the day you order. That total includes the time we need to process your order and the time in transit.

Orders placed on a weekend or a bank holiday are picked up the next working day.

Tracking your order

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. If you cannot find it, email us with your order number and we send it again.

If a parcel is late

If your tracking has not moved for five working days, email hello@orrellknitwear.com with your order number. We chase the carrier and tell you what we find; we do not leave you to deal with them yourself.

If a parcel does not arrive

If the tracking says delivered and it is not with you, check with neighbours and look for a card, then email us. If we cannot locate it we send a replacement or refund you, we do not make you prove a negative.

Wrong address

We send parcels to the address you give at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can usually change it before the parcel goes out, but not after.
