If something isn't right, you have thirty days to send it back.

Return postage is yours to cover. We would rather tell you that here than bury it in the small print. Nothing else is deducted.

When the parcel reaches us, your refund is issued within three working days, to the card you paid with. Not a voucher, not up to 14 days, and not a form to chase. If you would rather exchange, say so and we will sort it the same way.

How to send something back

1. Email us and tell us which order it is. A person replies within one working day, Monday to Friday.
2. Send the piece back unworn, with the tags on, in packaging that will protect it.
3. We will confirm when it arrives, and again when the refund is issued.

If it is the wrong size

Tell us before you send it back. Every piece is measured flat, in centimetres, and we would rather find you the right size than process a refund.

If something is faulty

Email us with a photograph. A faulty piece is our cost, including the postage back, and your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
