Payment methods we accept

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The methods available to you are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Currency and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, so the price on the product page is the price you pay.

How payment is taken

Payment is taken at checkout. Payments on this website are processed by Whop, which acts as merchant of record for the sale and collects and remits the VAT. Your payment details are entered on a secure checkout page and are handled by the payment processor; Orrell does not see or store your full card number.

Who is responsible for your order

Whop handles the transaction and the tax only. The goods, the delivery, and any return or refund remain the responsibility of Orrell.

If a payment fails

If a payment does not go through, no order is placed. Check the details with your bank or try another method shown at checkout. If you were charged and did not receive an order confirmation, email us and we will look into it within one working day.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within three working days of a returned parcel reaching us. See our Refund Policy.
