Shipping

We send every order with tracking, and we email you the tracking number as soon as it leaves.

Delivery times depend on where the piece ships from, and we would rather give you the tracking than a date we cannot keep. If an order is taking longer than you expected, email us: a person replies within one working day, Monday to Friday.

Where we ship

The United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and want to order, email us first and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped into the UK may be subject to VAT and duty depending on the value of the consignment. Where that applies we will say so before you pay, not afterwards.
